KURSK, March 9. /TASS/. The liberation of the Lebedevka settlement in the Kursk Region brings the Russian army close to Sudzha, with slightly over 10 km remaining to it, a source in the Russian security agencies told TASS.

The Russian Defense Ministry said earlier that the settlement of Lebedevka in the Kursk Region and the Novenkoye farmstead in the Sumy Region had been liberated as Battlegroup North’s units advanced.

"With Lebedevka liberated, slightly over 10 km remains to Sudzha," the source said.
