The reason for this decision was the situation around Ukraine. According to the announcement, the company has suspended international shipping to Ukraine and Russia from March 3 to protect buyers and sellers affected by disruptions in transportation.

According to eBay, the company suspended the collection of sales fees for users in Ukraine to alleviate the pressure caused by disruption of cash flow.
