MOSCOW, April 16. /TASS/. The World Health Organization (WHO) has not yet assessed the facts that neo-Nazis transform medical facilities across Ukraine into their strongholds, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, the chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Saturday.

According to the general, Ukrainian armed forces and nationalist battalions deploy their firing positions and heavy weapons to nursery and secondary schools, municipal and medical facilities throughout Ukraine, including in the Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Kiev, Odessa, Sumy, Kharkov and Chernigov regions.

"The World Health Organization has not yet given a proper assessment to the facts when medical institutions are not used by neo-Nazis for their genuine purpose, such as medical care, but as strongholds and firing points for conducting military operations," said Mizintsev, who heads the Russian Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine.
