MOSCOW, April 8. /TASS/. The military activities in Ukraine add to the risks for political settlement of the crisis there, Russia’s Ambassador to OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said on Friday.
The Ukrainian authorities are categorically against settling the crisis by peaceful means, he said.
"Kiev continues insisting at first the situation in the region should be stabilized, and political issues should be on agenda later on," he said. "There is no dependence here, everything should be parallel."
"Further military activities add to the risks for political settlement of the Ukrainian crisis and make doubtful the agreements reached a year earlier," he said.
