WASHINGTON, February 8. /TASS/. US President Joe Biden described Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine as a "test for the ages" for Washington in his State of the Union Address to the US Congress.

The events in Ukraine have been "a test for the ages, a test for America, a test for the world," reads the text of the US leader’s speech, released by the White House.
