Peskov lauds Musk’s attempt at peace plan in Ukraine

MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov described as quite constructive on Tuesday attempts at finding a solution to the Ukrainian crisis by people like Elon Musk.

"The very fact that such people give it a thought and try to think logically about what should be done to turn (the conflict in Ukraine - TASS) to peaceful tracks is quite positive," the Kremlin spokesman said, when asked by a TASS reporter to comment on the American entrepreneur's proposals for resolving the situation around Ukraine.

"On the other hand, the reflections of all those who are wise enough to think about it run against the decisions like the one enacted today by [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky who acknowledged holding talks with [Russian] President [Vladimir] Putin would be impossible," Peskov remonstrated.
