FBI identifies driver of Cybertruck that exploded in Las Vegas

According to KTNV, the suspect was an army veteran

NEW YORK, January 2. /TASS/. The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation and police have identified the driver of the Tesla Cybertruck electric pickup truck that exploded in Las Vegas, the KOAA5 broadcaster reported.

"According to senior law enforcement sources, 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger was the driver and had several Colorado Springs addresses associated to him," the broadcaster said.

According to KTNV, the suspect was an army veteran. On New Year's Day, he rented the Cybertruck in Colorado via the Turo app.

The Cybertruck vehicle exploded outside Trump International Hotel in the US city of Las Vegas on January 1. The driver was killed.
