Russian ministry delivers 40 tons of humanitarian aid for those who fled Nagorno-Karabakh

MOSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. An IL-76 plane of the Russian Emergencies Ministry has delivered 40 tons of humanitarian aid to Yerevan for the displaced residents of Nagorno-Karabakh, the department's press service told TASS.

"A special airplane of the Russian Emergencies Ministry with humanitarian aid from Russia has arrived at the Yerevan airport," the agency's source said.

Earlier, it was reported that a special aircraft of the Russian Emergencies Ministry flew from Zhukovsky International Airport with a cargo of humanitarian aid totaling 40 tons, including food, blankets and a mobile power station. The humanitarian operation is being carried out in accordance with the order of the Russian President Vladimir Putin and on behalf of the Russian government.
