SEOUL, May 9. /TASS/. Employees of the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang and members of their families took part in the Immortal Regiment march. For the first time, Chinese diplomats joined the march, the Russian diplomatic mission reported on Monday.

"Today at 11:00 (05:00 Moscow time - TASS), the Immortal Regiment march was held in Pyongyang. For the first time, our friends, diplomats from the Chinese Embassy in North Korea, joined us," the embassy wrote on its Facebook page (banned in Russia; owned by the Meta corporation, recognized as extremist in Russia).

The Immortal Regiment march was held in the online format in Russia in 2020 and 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
