As of 11:28 a.m. (08:28 a.m. GMT), the euro was down by 1.39% at 95.94 rubles.

As of 11:44 a.m. (08:44 a.m. GMT), the euro exchange rate was down by 1.13% at 96.19 rubles, the dollar exchange rate was down by 1.06% at 88.57 rubles, while the yuan was down by 0.92% at 12.174 rubles.
