No plans to lift winter diesel export ban — Russian Energy Minister

According to Nikolay Shulginov, the matter is being considered as regards summer grade diesel fuel

MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. Russia has no plans to lift the ban on winter grade diesel fuel exports, Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov told reporters.

"There is no talk about completely lifting the ban on exports of petroleum products - we do not plan to abolish the ban on winter grade diesel fuel. The matter is being considered as regards summer [grade diesel fuel]," Shulginov said.

The Russian government made the decision to lift the temporary ban on gasoline exports from November 17.
