TOGLIATTI, January 28. /TASS/. Any potential talks with Ukraine as long as Vladimir Zelensky’s ban on negotiating with Russia are in place will be illegitimate, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"If we engage in talks now, they will be illegitimate," he said in an interview with VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin.
