NEW YORK, March 5. /TASS/. U.S. President Donald Trump did not reverse his decision to suspend military aid to Kiev, despite Vladimir Zelensky's statements about his willingness to negotiate regarding the conflict in Ukraine, according to The New York Times.

During a speech before both houses of Congress, Trump mentioned that he had received a message from Zelensky expressing readiness to pursue a peace settlement. Zelensky also indicated that he was prepared to sign a minerals mining deal with the United States at any time. Washington has linked Kiev's willingness to negotiate with the potential resumption of arms deliveries.
