Russia can build waste treatment plant in Ghana

The plant may appear in Accra, the capital city of Ghana

MOSCOW, April 8. /TASS/. The Russian Environmental Operator (REO) can deliver waste processing equipment to Ghana or construct a plant there, the REO press service said.

"Friendly countries take interest in Russian technologies in the sphere of waste management. We discussed cooperation between Russia and Ghana at the meeting held in the sphere of implementing principles of the circular economy and technology interaction. We are considering supply of our equipment to the African republic and establishment of an integrated waste handling facility there," CEO Denis Butsaev said in conclusion of the meeting with the delegation from Ghana.

The plant may appear in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
