ANKARA, March 21. /TASS/. The formation of the European security system will be impossible without the participation of Russia and Turkey, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said at a press conference in Ankara following talks with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.
"Hungary's position is clear: it makes sense to talk about a European security architecture that will ensure the possibility of peaceful life only if Russia and Turkey are included in it," the top diplomat said. According to him, "there are ideological fanatics in Europe who hold the opposite opinion," but they hardly understand reality.
Szijjarto pointed out that all the countries of the continent should participate in the formation of a new security system in Europe. "And without Russia it is simply impossible today," the foreign minister emphasized.
