BEIJING, September 17. /TASS/. The re-entry capsule of the Shenzhou-12 spacecraft with three taikonauts aboard has returned safely to the Dongfeng landing site in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China Central Television reported on Friday.

"The re-entry capsule of the Shenzhou-12 spacecraft landed safely at 13:34 local time (08:34 Moscow time)," the TV channel reported.

At 08:56 Beijing time (03:56 Moscow time) on Thursday, the Shenzhou-12 manned spacecraft with a crew of three taikonauts undocked from the Chinese space station to return to Earth.

Shenzhou-12 blasted off into space on June 17. Its crewmembers - Nie Haisheng, Liu Boming and Tang Hongbo - worked at the station for three months. During their spaceflight, the taikonauts performed two spacewalks to assemble equipment.
