BANGALORE /India/, February 13. /TASS/. India remains Russia’s partner in the field of defense cooperation despite unprecedented pressure from the West, Director of Russia’s Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugayev told TASS ahead of the Aero India 2023 exhibition.
"Despite the unprecedented pressure that India is facing from US-led Western countries over Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, it remains one of Russia’s key partners in the field of military and technical cooperation. The order portfolio exceeds $10 billion," he pointed out.
The 14th Aero India biennial air show will run in Bangalore on February 13-17. Russia, an active participant in Indian air shows, plans to showcase about 200 types of weapons and military equipment at this year’s event.
