MOSCOW, November 27. /TASS/. Russian forces destroyed a Ukrainian command post in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Monday.
"A command post of the Ukrainian army’s 5th assault brigade was destroyed near the settlement of Krasnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said in a statement.

Russian forces repelled three Ukrainian army attacks in the Kupyansk area over the past day, the ministry reported.
"In the Kupyansk direction, units of the western battlegroup conducted active operations with the support of aircraft and artillery fire and repelled three attacks by assault groups of the Ukrainian army’s 43rd and 57th mechanized brigades in areas near the settlements of Ivanovka and Sinkovka in the Kharkov Region. The Ukrainian army’s losses amounted to 30 personnel, two armored combat vehicles, two pickup trucks and a Gvozdika motorized artillery system," the ministry said.

Russian forces eliminated roughly 280 Ukrainian troops in the Krasny Liman area over the past day, the ministry reported.
"In the Krasny Liman direction, an attack by assault groups of the Ukrainian army’s 63rd mechanized brigade was repulsed by well-coordinated operations of units from the battlegroup Center, army aircraft strikes and artillery fire near the settlement of Chervonaya Dibrova in the Lugansk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
In addition, Russian forces inflicted damage by firepower on the personnel and military equipment of the Ukrainian army’s 81st airmobile brigade near the settlement of Belogorovka in the Lugansk People’s Republic. The enemy’s losses in the Krasny Liman direction over the past 24 hours amounted to 280 personnel, two armored combat vehicles and three motor vehicles, the ministry specified.

"The enemy’s losses in that direction totaled as many as 110 personnel and two infantry fighting vehicles," the ministry said.
Units of Russia’s southern battlegroup acting in interaction with aircraft and artillery inflicted damage on the personnel and military hardware of the Ukrainian army’s 24th and 93rd mechanized brigades near the settlements of Kurdyumovka and Kleshcheyevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the ministry said.

"In the south Donetsk direction, units of the battlegroup East in interaction with army aircraft and artillery inflicted damage on the personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian army’s 58th mechanized brigade near the settlements of Ugledar and Pavlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic and 102nd territorial defense brigade near the settlement of Priyutnoye in the Zaporozhye Region," the ministry said.
The enemy’s losses in the south Donetsk direction over the past 24 hours amounted to 110 personnel, three motor vehicles and a Msta-B howitzer, it said.

Russian forces repulsed two Ukrainian army attacks in the Zaporozhye area over the past day, the ministry reported.
"In the Zaporozhye direction, units of the Russian battlegroup, air strikes and artillery fire repulsed two attacks by assault groups of the Ukrainian army’s 33rd mechanized brigade near the settlement of Rabotino in the Zaporozhye Region," the ministry said.
The enemy’s losses in the Zaporozhye direction over the past 24 hours amounted to 30 personnel and two motor vehicles, the ministry specified.
Russian forces destroy 35 Ukrainian troops in Kherson area over past day
Russian forces destroyed roughly 35 Ukrainian troops and three artillery guns in the Kherson area over the past day, the ministry reported.
"In the Kherson direction, the enemy’s losses amounted to 35 personnel and two motor vehicles as a result of artillery fire and air strikes," the ministry said.
In counter-battery fire, Russian forces destroyed a Ukrainian Akatsiya self-propelled artillery gun and two Gvozdika motorized artillery systems, the ministry specified.
Russian air defenses down two Ukrainian S-200 missiles over Azov Sea
Russian air defense forces shot down two Ukrainian S-200 reconverted missiles over the southern part of the Sea of Azov in the past 24 hours, the ministry reported.
"Over the southern portion of the Sea of Azov, air defense capabilities shot down two S-200 surface-to-air missiles converted for striking ground targets," the ministry said.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian air defense systems destroyed 21 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles in areas near the settlements of Vasilevka, Belogorovka and Yasnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Ocheretovatoye, Chervonogorka and Peremozhnoye in the Zaporozhye Region, the ministry reported.
During the last 24-hour period, operational/tactical and army aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops and artillery of the Russian groupings of forces inflicted damage on Ukrainian manpower and military hardware in 107 areas, the ministry reported.
In all, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 542 Ukrainian warplanes, 255 helicopters, 9,257 unmanned aerial vehicles, 442 surface-to-air missile systems, 13,647 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,185 multiple rocket launchers, 7,192 field artillery guns and mortars and 15,666 special military motor vehicles since the start of the special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry reported.
