As of 4:29 p.m. Moscow time (1:29 p.m. GMT), the dollar exchange rate was down by 0.32% at 90.99 rubles.

As of 4:40 p.m. Moscow time (1:40 p.m. GMT) the dollar exchange rate was down by 0.15% at 91.15 rubles, while the euro exchange rate was up by 0.05% at 99 rubles. The yuan exchange rate was down by 0.1% at 12.596 rubles.
