MOSCOW, April 5. /TASS/. The Kremlin is confident that Joe Biden's continued personal insults against Russian President Vladimir Putin are unacceptable and unworthy of the US President.

"The continuation of personal insults against the Russian president is bad. We consider it unacceptable and unworthy of the US president," Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday.

At the same time, the Kremlin draws attention to the contradictions within the United States. "We draw attention to the ongoing contradictions within the ranks of Americans: when President [US President Joe Biden] calls something a war crime, the Pentagon makes a statement that it has no accurate data that would allow it to come to such a conclusion," the Kremlin spokesman said. "We simply note these facts," Peskov concluded.

On March 21, US Ambassador John Sullivan was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry where he was issued a demarche and handed a note of protest in connection with the recent unacceptable remarks by the head of the White House Joe Biden regarding the president of Russia. On March 17, Biden used insults and offensive language in remarks about his Russian counterpart, calling him a "murderous dictator and a pure thug who is waging an immoral war against the people of Ukraine." A day earlier, when asked by a reporter, the US president said he considered Putin a "war criminal." Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS these remarks by Biden were unacceptable and unforgivable.
