Reports of marine drone attack on Sheskharis oil hub not true — Transneft

In operation since 1964, the Sheskharis oil hub is one of the biggest oil loading facilities in Russia’s south

MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. Reports about a Ukrainian marine drone attack on the Sheskharis oil harbor near the port of Nororossiysk are untrue, Igor Demin, a spokesman for Russia’s oil major Transneft, told TASS on Friday.

"These reports do not reflect reality. There was no marine drone attack on the Sheskharis oil harbor. Hence, there is no damage to it," he said.

The Mash Telegram channel said earlier that a Ukrainian marine drone had attacked the Sheskharis oil harbor in Novorossiysk on the night of November 18.

In operation since 1964, the Sheskharis oil hub is one of the biggest oil loading facilities in Russia’s south. It handles oil and oil products for export.
