HP initiates dissolution of Russian subsidiary

The company said that it terminated operations in Russia in August 2022 amid the crisis in Ukraine

MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Hewlett Packard, the US-based PCs and printers producer, started the dissolution process for its Russian subsidiary HP Inc., according to the company’s excerpt in the united state register of legal entities.

"October 23, 2024 is the deadline for liquidation of the limited liability company," the document reads.

The company said that it terminated operations in Russia in August 2022 amid the crisis in Ukraine. HP Inc. was officially registered in Russia in 2015 and specialized in sales of computers, office equipment, and other equipment under the HP brand.
