Authorities say significant Ukrainian forces are concentrated on Zaporozhye front

MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. A number of the Ukrainian armed forces’ units has been sent to the Zaporozhye front, they now regroup with the purpose to attack the settlements of Vasilyevka and Pologi, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the ‘We are Together with Russia’ movement, said on Wednesday.

"There is a regrouping of a large number of units. <...> [The Ukrainian Armed Forces], having transferred their fighters from the Kharkov front to Dnepropetrovsk, have sent a significant part not only to the Kherson front, but also directly to the Zaporozhye front in the Orekhov and Gulyaypolye area, hoping to hit Vasilyevka and Pologi directly. These are our hotbeds today", he said during a Soloviev Live TV broadcast.

According to Rogov, "there is a positional confrontation at the line of contact, artillery duels are taking place."

Kiev has lost control over 72-73% of the Zaporozhye region. The Ukrainian armed forces still control the city of Zaporozhye, where almost half of the region's population lives.
