PYONGYANG, October 13. /TASS./ The exchange of diplomatic delegations and views between Russia and North Korea hit the unprecedented level this year that has been declared the year of bilateral friendship, Russian Minister for the Far East Development Alexander Galushka has said.

"This has allowed us to synchronize watches in trade and economic relations," Galushka, the co-chairman of the Russian-N.Korean intergovernmental commission, said during his visit to Pyongyang.
Another positive moment of this cooperation is the decision of North Korea’s authorities to issue multiple visas for the employees of Russian companies implementing projects in the country.
The two countries also carry out settlements in rubles "rather intensively," he added.
The minister also said that the Hasan-Rajin railway link project "has entered the phase of commercial operation of this line with regularly growing cargo turnover." South Korea could also join the project and the talks on this are underway.
