NATO pours with weapons prohibited by INF Treaty to Asia — Russian Foreign Ministry

"This vector highlighted as early as by the Republicans was legally formalized under the Democrats administration and resulted in the dramatic surge of militarization in Asia," Andrey Rudenko said

MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. NATO is funneling strike weapons prohibited by the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty to Asia, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko told TASS.

"The confrontational project of double deterrence of Russia and China started in 2017 during the first term of Donald Trump was further developed under [US President Joe] Biden. The same can be said about the NATO mandate globalization," Rudenko said.

"This vector highlighted as early as by the Republicans was legally formalized under the Democrats administration and resulted in the dramatic surge of militarization in Asia, in pouring strike weapons into this part of the world, including the ones prohibited by the INF Treaty," he added.
