Ukrainian forces boobytrap wells in Kursk border area, four people reported injured

According to Rodion Miroshnik, some of the injured still remain hospitalized

KURSK, February 14. /TASS/. Ukrainian forces boobytrapped wells in border settlements in Russia’s Kursk Region, where four people have suffered injuries trying to get water, said Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador-at-large in charge of overseeing the Kiev regime’s crimes.

"Wells were boobytrapped. When a group of young men came up to a well and started to collect water, the well exploded. Four people sustained severe injuries," he said at a briefing following a trip to the region.

According to Miroshnik, some of the injured still remain hospitalized. "Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident; it’s a trend. This has been greenlighted by the Kiev regime’s military commanders," the Russian diplomat noted.
