GENICHESK, November 15. /TASS/. Given the situation Ukraine is in, Vladimir Zelensky would be better suited making a "plan of surrender" instead of holding on to any ideas of victory, Igor Kastyukevich, secretary of the Kherson Region’s United Russia party office, told TASS.
"Zelensky, who already sees himself as a 'bargaining chip’ in the Western hegemons' fight against Russia, had better think about creating a plan that is a bit more realistic given the situation he is in, i.e. a plan of surrender. But he doesn't need ten provisions, just one would be enough," he said.
In a video address on November 14, Zelensky unveiled a ten-point plan covering the issues of security, energy, weaponry, production in Ukraine, and cooperation with allies. Key attention was focused on "cultural sovereignty," providing for the creation of "Ukrainian content.".
