Natural gas sales dropped by 1.1% to 77.76 bln cubic meters in 2024, Novatek said

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. Proved hydrocarbon reserves of Novatec under the SEC classification dropped in 2024 by 0.6% annually from 17.6 barrels of oil equivalent to 17.5 barrels of oil equivalent, the Russian gas major said in its report.

Proved gas reserves stayed flat at 2.43 trillion cubic meters. Proved reserves of liquid hydrocarbons declined from 197 mln metric tons to 190 mln metric tons.

Natural gas sales dropped by 1.1% to 77.76 bln cubic meters in 2024, Novatek said. Sales of liquid hydrocarbons gained 3.4% to 16.44 mln metric tons.
