TEL AVIV, November 12. /TASS/. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have reported the death of four more soldiers in the fighting against the radical Palestinian movement Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

According to the IDF Spokesperson's Office, two 20-year-old and two 21-year-old sergeants from the Shimshon Battalion of the Kfir Brigade were killed in combat in the northern Gaza Strip.

Including these data, the total number of Israeli soldiers killed in the new round of the Middle East conflict has already reached 787, according to the IDF Spokesperson's Office.

The situation in the Middle East deteriorated sharply after militants of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas infiltrated into Israeli territory from the Gaza Strip on October 7 last year, killing residents of border settlements and taking hostages.
