MOSCOW, November 8. /TASS/. There is no information so far if Russian President Vladimir Putin would pass any message to Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"We don’t know yet. There is no information regarding this so far," Peskov said when asked by a TASS reporter if the Russian leader would pass a message to his US counterpart, Joe Biden, or other Western leaders at the upcoming APEC summit through Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk who will head the Russian delegation.
According to the Russian presidential spokesman, "relations with many [APEC] countries are developing very well, so such forums are used for bilateral contacts anyway." "This is normal practice," he concluded.
