MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. A Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group tried to infiltrate the Kursk Region, the attack was thwarted by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Russian military, Governor Roman Starovoit said.

"Ukrainian terrorists did not give up trying to get their sabotage and reconnaissance groups into the region near the Tetkino settlement. But the fighters of the FSB Border Service and the Russian armed forces did not allow and will not allow them to do so," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The regional head added that the enemy does not and will not succeed in achieving its goals.
