MOSCOW, January 16. /TASS/. The outlook on Russia’s GDP growth for last year has been upgraded to 3.5%, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.
"Projections have been upgraded, the economic result both for 2022 and 2023 is 3.5%, some say (it is) higher. Calculations are still being made. It is necessary to stick to this trend accordingly, forming resources that are necessary for solving the tasks set by the president," he told reporters.
Russian Economic Development Minister Maksim Reshetnikov said earlier this week that the initial estimation of the country’s GDP growth for 2023 after adjustment might rise from 3.5% to around 4%, adding that there are totally five GDP estimations.
