MOSCOW, November 14. /TASS/. Sberbank has recently withstood a DDoS attack reaching more than 1 million requests per second, which is has not yet been recorded in Russia, Stanislav Kuznetsov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, announced at the SOC Forum.
"We have the most powerful attack quite recently - more than 1 million requests per second. We have never recorded such an attack in Russia," he said.
The Sberbank executive noted that in total Sber has withstood more than 550 DDoS attacks since the beginning of the special military operation.
Earlier, Stanislav Kuznetsov, in an interview with the Rossiya-24 TV channel, said that in early October Sberbank withstood a major DDoS attack, in which more than 100,000 hackers took part, using the infrastructure of a number of foreign countries.
