Tajik president to attend CSTO summit in Minsk on November 23

The session of the Collective Security Council will be chaired by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko

DUSHANBE, November 16. /TASS/. Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon will participate in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit to be held in Minsk on November 23, the press service of the republic's president told TASS.

"Emomali Rakhmon will take part in the CSTO summit to be held in Minsk," the head of the press service of the republic's president Abdufattokh Sharifzoda said.

Earlier, the presidential press service told TASS that Rakhmon plans to visit Russia on November 21-22.

The session of the Collective Security Council will be held in Minsk on November 23 and will be chaired by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin also announced he would attend the summit.
