Moscow will host consultations on South Ossetia referendum on June 14

A delegation led by President Alan Gagloev left for the Russian capital

TSKHINVAL, June 13. /TASS/. Consultations on the referendum on South Ossetia joining Russia will be held in Moscow on June 14. On Monday, a delegation led by President Alan Gagloev left for the Russian capital, the press service of the head of South Ossetia reported.

"The delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia, headed by President of the Republic of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev, left for consultations in Moscow on the issue of a referendum on the unification of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation. Consultations will be held tomorrow, June 14," the press service said.

On May 30, Gagloev suspended the decree of the former leader of the republic, Anatoly Bibilov, on a referendum on joining the Russian Federation until consultations with Moscow were completed.
