Political advisors from Normandy Four countries may meet on January 27

A source in the Russian delegation told TASS earlier that the meeting had been postponed until next week

The meeting of political advisors from the Normandy Four countries (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine), which was expected to take place via video conference on Friday, has been tentatively postponed until January 27, according to Darya Zarivnaya, the spokesperson for the chief of the Ukrainian presidential office.

"The meeting has been tentatively postponed until January 27," she told the UNIAN news agency. According to her, the move was initiated by Kiev following a deadly fire in a nursing home in the city of Kharkov.

A source in the Russian delegation told TASS earlier that the meeting had been postponed until next week.

The political advisors last met in Berlin on January 12. Deputy head of the Russian Presidential Office Dmitry Kozak said that the parties had agreed to develop new approaches to forming a roadmap aimed at resolving the conflict in Donbass and hold another round of discussions within two weeks.
