MOSCOW, December 27. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to form a scientific advisory board under the Russian Security Council, a document published on the organization’s website stated.
"A scientific advisory board under the Russian Security Council shall be organized," the decree states.
Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu will lead the board. The board will consist of 14 members, including Security Council First Deputy Secretary Rashid Nurgaliyev and Anatoly Torkunov, the rector of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
Additionally, the Russian president terminated the already established Scientific Council under the Security Council with this decree.".
