MOSCOW, July 4. /TASS/. More than 200 UAVs headed toward the Moscow Region over the past 24 hours, the capital's mayor, Sergey Sobyanin, said.

Air defenses neutralized most of them at long range, while 62 were destroyed as they approached the city.

"Over the past 24 hours, more than 200 drones headed toward the Moscow Region. Air defenses neutralized most of them at long range. Sixty-two enemy UAVs were destroyed on approach to Moscow," the mayor wrote on Max.

This attempted Ukrainian attack on Moscow was one of the largest in the past two years, according to TASS estimates based on Sobyanin’s reports.
