MOSCOW, July 3. /TASS/. Air defenses shot down 188 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions in 12 hours on Friday, the Defense Ministry said in a statement.

"On-duty air defenses intercepted and destroyed 188 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Moscow time (5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. GMT). The drones were downed over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, and Moscow regions, as well as Crimea," the statement reads.
