MOSCOW, December 2. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has not sent any messages to Vladimir Zelensky via German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who is currently on a visit to Kiev, Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.

"No," the Kremlin spokesman said when asked by reporters whether Putin had asked to convey anything to Zelensky.

On November 15, Putin had a telephone conversation with Scholz. The situation in Ukraine was discussed.

Earlier on Monday, the German chancellor arrived in Kiev on an unannounced visit for the first time in the past two and a half years. He will meet with Zelensky. Scholz wrote on the social network X that he would inform Zelensky about Berlin's plans to supply Ukraine with 650 million euros worth of arms in December.
