Zelensky sacrifices Ukrainians’ security for more Western aid — Russian envoy

Dmitry Polyansky recalled that ahead of the high-level week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, the head of Kiev regime had announced a new campaign of strikes against Russia

VIENNA, October 1. /TASS/. Vladimir Zelensky is sacrificing the security of Ukrainian citizens in an effort to impress Western sponsors and obtain more money and weapons from them, Russian Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Dmitry Polyansky said.

He recalled that ahead of the high-level week of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, Zelensky had announced a new campaign of strikes against Russia.

"By doing so, despite all our warnings, he once again sacrificed the interests of his fellow citizens and his country, paying with their security in an attempt to impress his Western sponsors and beg them for more money and weapons," the diplomat told a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, according to the text of his statement obtained by TASS.
