MOSCOW, January 4. /TASS/. Kiev has tried to hit targets in Russia using aircraft guided missiles, but the air defenses shot down ten missiles over the Crimean Peninsula, the Defense Ministry reported.
"On January 4 at about 5:20 p.m. Moscow time (2:20 p.m. GMT), the Kiev regime’s attempt to carry out a terrorist attack using aircraft guided missiles to hit facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted. The air defense systems on duty destroyed ten Ukrainian missiles over the Crimean Peninsula," the ministry said.
