MOSCOW, April 21. /TASS/. Russian missile and artillery troops delivered strikes on 1,001 Ukrainian military sites overnight, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov said on Thursday.

"The missile and artillery troops delivered strikes on 1,001 Ukrainian military facilities overnight," the spokesman said.

The targets destroyed included 58 command posts, 162 artillery positions, 771 strongholds and sites of the amassment of Ukrainian troops and military hardware in the communities of Mayaki, Dibrovnoye, Mazanovka, Dolina Krasnopolye, Velikaya Kamyshevakha, Chervonoye, Vernopolye, Pashkovka, Dmitrovka, Novaya Dmitrovka, Vysoky, Chernoglazovka, Slatino, Zolochev, Partizanskoye, Aleksandrovka, and also Shevchenko in the Nikolayev Region, the general said.
