MOSCOW, December 6. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson lasted almost an hour and a half, with the main question focusing on the tense relations between Moscow and Washington.
In one hour and 22 minutes, the top diplomat answered questions about possible solutions to the Ukrainian crisis, the use of Russia's newest Oreshnik missile, and opportunities for interaction with the West.
Carlson began the interview by asking if the foreign minister believes that Russia and the United States are at war today. At the end of the interview, the journalist referred to the main question as the one with which the interview began.
At the end, he also asked Lavrov how seriously the top diplomat was concerned about the escalation of the conflict between the states. In response, the minister stressed that the ball in the dialogue between Russia and the United States is in Washington's court and explained why there can be no winners in a nuclear war.
