Kremlin has no information about Ukrainian forces shooting down Russian aircraft

MOSCOW, January 15. /TASS/. The Kremlin has no information about the downing of Russian planes by the Ukrainian armed forces, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

Commenting on Kiev's claims about the alleged downing of the Russian A-50 and Il-22 aircraft, the spokesman said: "No, there is no such information."

"Besides, after all, this is an issue that concerns the course of the special military operation," he added, recommending that this information be clarified with the Russian Defense Ministry.
