Yandex tops ranking of most expensive companies on Runet in 2025 — Forbes

MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. Yandex has become the leader of the ranking of the most expensive companies on the Russian segment of the Internet, or Runet, in 2025, Forbes reported. According to the publication, the value of the company reached $24.3 bln.

Ozon was ranked second in the ranking, with value amounting to $13.4 bln, followed by the merged company Wildberries and Russ (RVB) valued at $12.6 bln

Among the most expensive companies on Runet were also the Internet service Avito ($5.5 bln), a developer of software Cloud.ru ($3.1 bln), MTS Web Services ($2.6 bln), VK ($2.3 bln), Kaspersky Lab ($2.1 bln), a developer of software SKB Kontur ($1.9 bln), and HeadHunter ($1.8 bln).

The ranking of Runet leaders included companies whose profits are formed on the Internet, excluding those whose businesses could exist without the Internet, Forbes noted. The publication analyzed more than 50 Russian online companies. The ranking of the largest companies on Runet included 30 firms with a total value of $86.2 bln, which is 95% of the value of the entire Internet sector of the Russian economy.
