Russia’s federal budget surplus was $2.13 bln in January-October 2022 — Finance Ministry

It is noted that the greatest amount of revenues was received from the Federal Tax Service

MOSCOW, November 11. /TASS/. According to the preliminary estimate, the surplus of the Russian federal budget amounted to 128.41 bln rubles ($2.13 bln) in January - October 2022, the Finance Ministry said on Friday.

Budget revenues in the reporting period totaled about 22.14 trillion rubles ($367.8 bln) or 88.5% of the volume approved by the federal law on the budget for 2022-2024. Expenses amounted to 22.01 trillion rubles ($366.3 bln) or 92.9% of the planned figure.

The greatest amount of revenues was received from the Federal Tax Service, followed by the Federal Customs Service and other federal agencies.
