Russia’s liquid hydrocarbons production declines to 10.9 mln barrels/day in August — OPEC

It is also known that OPEC reduced the forecast for liquid hydrocarbons production in 2022 in Russia by 0.2 mln barrels per day

TASS, October 12. Liquid hydrocarbons production in Russia contracted by 160,000 barrels daily and totaled 10.9 mln barrels a day in August 2022, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said in its October report.

Oil and condensate account for about 9.8 mln barrels daily and natural gas liquids (NGL).

According to OPEC’s preliminary estimates, Russia reduced oil and condensate production by 100,000 barrels daily more in September to 9.7 mln barrels a day and lowered NGL production by 10,000 barrels per day.

OPEC also reduced the forecast for liquid hydrocarbons production in 2022 in Russia by 0.2 mln barrels per day to 10.86 mln barrels daily (an uptick by 0.59% in annual terms).
