MOSCOW, June 22. /TASS/. Ukrainian nationalists mined roadsides on the Geroyev Truda Street, adjacent to the M-03 highway, in Slavyansk, DPR, while intentionally failing to notify local residents, Russian National Defense Control Center head Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev said Wednesday.
"Ukrainian militants mined roadsides on the Geroyev Truda Street, adjacent to the M-03 highway, in Slavyansk, Kramatorsk Region; meanwhile, local population was intentionally not notified," Mizintsev, who also heads the inter-agency coordination headquarters for humanitarian response, said.
"We warn both the global community and international organizations in advance about this inhumane provocation, set up by Ukrainian authorities, which may harm civilians; the Kiev regime can accuse Russian servicemen of indiscriminate strikes under the previously practiced scenario," he underscored.
