DUBAI, November 14. /TASS/. Israel is delivering strikes on Palestinian refugee camps and humanitarian areas in the Gaza Strip, the Al Jazeera television channel reported.
According to the television channel, Israeli troops target residential houses in northeastern parts of the Jabalia camp in the north of the Palestinian enclave. At least ten people have been killed.
Strikes are also being delivered on humanitarian area in the southern Gaza Strip, including the al-Mawasi camp near the city of Khan Yunis.
Apart from that, a bomb was reportedly dropped from a drone on a school building in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, which provided shelter to refugees. Several residential houses in central quarters came under shelling attack. Several people were wounded.
Tensions flared up again in the Middle East on October 7 after militants from the Gaza Strip-based radical Palestinian group Hamas launched a surprise incursion on Israeli territory, killing many Israeli kibbutz residents living near the Gaza border and abducting more than 240 Israelis, including women, children and the elderly. Israel declared a total blockade of the Gaza Strip and launched bombardments of the enclave and some areas in Lebanon and Syria, as well as a ground operation against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Clashes are also reported in the West Bank.
